Our “All Inclusive” program allows you to experience the untamed Hardanger Fjord, breathing the freedom of this fjord surrounded by impressive and overwhelmingly beautiful mountains.

No more worries about transport, luggage, booking your activities, hotel or meals!

Wherever you come from, whether you are travelling as a couple, family or a group of friends, we will take care of all that.

Activities Menu

Upon arrival and after check in, one of our instructors welcomes you in the B-Active Center. Using video and pictures, he will show you all the activities you can choose from. There are many !

For every day of your stay, you can choose between a Half Day excursion, a Full Day excursion, Workshops, Courses or Not Guided activities such as kayaking, bicycling, fishing etc. Of course you can also combine any of this if time allows it. For example, in the morning you participate in a Half Day excursion, and in the afternoon you take a bike for an hour, and late afternoon use a rowboat and go fishing.

The half and full day excursions are set for every day of the week, meaning that there is a choice of at least 14 different excursions.

This way you can “order” your activities the way you choose from a menu in the restaurant.”

Your instructor will help you with setting up your personal “activity program” for the entire duration of your stay.

RATES INCLUDE

* Arrival and departure transfer/excursion from Voss or –in case you arrive per boat-, assistance from the pier in Ulvik.

* Daily meals (breakfast, lunch or lunch-box, dinner), water and non-alcoholic beverages.

* Daily choice of activities such as:

- Guided hikes and excursions, with English/Norwegian speaking instructors,

- Nature and sportive related workshops and courses

- Free use of bicycles, kayaks

* Accommodation at your choice: Strand Fjordhotel or Hardanger Basecamp.

* Wi-Fi in public areas

* Free Parking

IMPORTANT

* Train or bus from/to Oslo or Bergen on request.

* Private transfers by car or plane on request.

* Different languages for excursions such as German, Dutch, French etc. are subject to availability.

* Additional price can be requested for activities detailed with a supplement.

* Alcohol is not included. It can be purchased at the hotels

* Massage and spa treatment are not included. It can be purchased at the hotels

* Outdoors clothes and equipment are not included

* Personal goods are not included.

* Gift shop items are not included. It can be purchased at the hotels

* Tips are not included.

CHANGES

* Changes or cancellations should be authorized by our reservation department, will be subject to availability and are subject to our Cancellation Fees Policy below.

CHILDREN

* Children under 3 years old are complimentary when sharing room with their parents

* Children older between 4 and 8 years old, received a discount of 50% double room basis when sharing with their parents only at the Strand FjordHotel.

CANCELLATION FEES:

1. Individual Travellers: from 1 to 8 passengers:

• 60 to 30 days prior to arrival at the hotel: € 200 per room.  
• 29 to 10 days prior to arrival at the hotel: 30% of the total cost of the reservation.
• 9 to 0 days prior to arrival at the hotel: 100% of the total cost of the reservation.

2. Groups: from 9 to up:

• From 151 days prior to arrival: € 200 per person.  
• From 150 to 121 days prior to arrival: 50% of total reservation cancelled.
• From 120 to 91 days prior to arrival: 75% of total reservation cancelled.
• From 90 to 0 days prior to arrival: 100% of total reservation cancelled.
