During the summer season, our hotel restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner — always accompanied by a magnificent panoramic view over the Hardangerfjord. The scenery unfolds before you like a living painting, constantly shifting with the light and weather.
Our large south-facing sun terrace is considered the best spot in town to relax and unwind. Here you can enjoy a refreshing local cider or choose from our wide selection of Belgian beers while soaking in the atmosphere.

Breakfast – Served with Care
We offer an intercontinental breakfast buffet with a wide and varied selection.
You will find different types of bread, fish, meats, cheeses, fresh salads, yoghurts, cereals, fruit, as well as gluten-free and lactose-free options — ensuring there is something for everyone.
At the beverage station, you can help yourself to freshly brewed coffee, a selection of teas, milk, water, orange juice, and our homemade 100% organic apple or pear juice — a true taste of Hardanger.
Lunch by the Fjord
From 12:00 to 13:30 (*), lunch is served in our restaurant — a relaxed moment in the middle of your day, surrounded by fjord views.
You may choose from a selection of light and flavourful dishes, including:

Pasta salad topped with Norwegian cheese or seafood
Omelette served with bread
Toast with cheese and ham
Mozzarella, pesto and tomato sandwich
Baguette with smoked salmon
Simple, fresh, and prepared with care — perfect after a morning of exploring.
Dinner – A Taste of Norway & Beyond
In the evening, our restaurant offers an à la carte menu inspired by Belgian, French, and Norwegian cuisine. Our dishes are homemade and prepared with thoughtfully selected ingredients.
Dinner is served from 18:00 to 22:00 (*), with the kitchen accepting its last orders at 21:00.

Our Bar – A Warm Gathering Place by the Fjord
During the winter of 2019, we proudly opened our brand-new bar — a cosy and inviting space designed for relaxed evenings and good conversations.
Our bar offers a carefully selected collection of wines, 30 Belgian beers and four draft beers. Whether you prefer something classic or something refreshing and new, there is always a perfect choice waiting for you.

Together, they produce outstanding apple juices, ciders, and apple brandy, reflecting generations of craftsmanship and the unique climate of the Hardanger region.
You can visit these farms along the well-known Frukt og siderruta (Fruit & Cider Route), where tastings are offered and products can be purchased directly from their farm shops.
