FAQ STRAND FJORDHOTEL
- Strand Fjordhotel does not have a swimming pool.
- Parking is free. You can park at the property. Reservations are not necessary. According to availability
We don’t have a full spa, but we do offer wellness facilities for relaxation. Such as a Sauna and Yoga classes.
- Strand Fjordhotel does not offer an airport shuttle but does offer Transfers from and to Voss station for a fee.
- Check-in time is between: 15:00 – 20:00. Late check-in between 20:00 and midnight is possible for a surcharge of NOK 250 per hour
- You must check out no later than 11:00 am.
- Pets are not allowed at Strand Fjordhotel.
- WiFi is available in all rooms and public areas. This service is free of charge.
- Part of our rooms have balconies, the other rooms have a terrace.
- All our rooms have fjord view
FAQ Hardanger basecamp
- First part of the check-in for Hardanger Basecamp takes place at the reception of the Strand Fjordhotel in Ulvik
- Check-in time is between: 15:00-20:00. Late check-in between 20:00 and midnight is possible for a surcharge of NOK 250. per hour
- Check-out is till 11:00. The key for the yurt needs to be returned at the reception of the Strand Fjordhotel in Ulvik
- Breakfast is included in your stay and will be served in the Osa Kafeen between 08:00 – 10:00
- Pets are not alowed in Hardanger Basecamp. Not in the yurts, the Osa Kafeen aswell the (outdoor) public areas
- Renting a yurt is like renting a hotel room, the beds are made and towels are provided.

- The B-active center is located in the Strand Fjordhotel in Ulvik. Tyssevikvegen 31, 5730 Ulvik
- On our page B-active there is more information about each activity written in the “fact sheet”
- most of our activites are accesible, for some activities a good physical condition is requird
- For our guided activities it is required to make a reservation online.
- For our rentals you can either make a reservation online or just hop-in at our b-active center and see what is available.
