Payment Policy

– All Bank & transfer costs are borne by the purchaser
– Payment for online bookings are only possible with accepted credit- or debit-cards.
– The following cards are accepted:

Amex * CUP * Diners Club * Discover * Mastercard

Maestro * Visa * Visa/Dankort * V PAY * JCB

Digital wallets:

Apple Pay * Google Pay * Samsung Pay

– The credit- or debit card that is used in the booking will be pre-charged at the date the non-refundable period starts

 

Check in/out policy 

– Check-in during Low Season (January 1st till May 31st and September 1st till December 31st) : Between 15.00–20.00

– Late arrival only possible after notifying reception in writing or by phone call latest the day of arrival before 20.00.

– Check-in during High Season (June 1st till August 31st): Between 15.00–24.00

After 24.00 the booking will be considered cancelled and will be charged as no-show if the hotel has not been notified.

-Check-out: Before 11:00 h. on the day of departure.

We require valid identification and a credit card to be pre-authorised. We reserve the right to charge the pre-authorised card to cover unpaid charges, caused damage, smoking in the room, or any other fineable offence.

Cancellation policy 

We may cancel any reservation, which does not meet the requirements of our Terms and conditions.

Changes of the booking 

– Changes regarding number of persons, rooms, meals, dates or arrival times, should be given by written notice at

booking@bnature.com

– Changes must be confirmed by our reservation department and are subject to availability and Cancellation Fees Policy.

Cancellations of the booking 

– Cancellations, partly or total should be given by written notice to accept them.booking@bnature.com

– The date we receive the partly or total cancellation by written notice, will be used in order to calculate the cancellation fee.​

Cancellation Fees 

Non Refundable rates:

– When a booking with a non refundable rate is cancelled, the cancellation fee charged will be 100% of the value of the booking.

Refundable rates:

– A booking with a refundable rate can be cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date and no cancellation fees will be charged.

– The non refundable period starts at the 7th day before arrival (15:00 h). After this period a cancellation of the booking is non-

refundable. The cancellation fee charged will be 100% of the value of the booking.

 

House rules 

Non-smoking policy
– Our hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel and on the hotel premises,

except in designated smoking areas marked with visible signalization.

– If staff has established that guests have been smoking in restricted areas during the stay or after the guest checked out, a fee will be charged for cleaning purposes If an email address is available, the guest will be informed accordingly.

Animals

Pets, animals -regardless their size- are not allowed on our properties inside and outside.In case we determine upon arrival that guests have brought pets with them,we reserve the right to refuse the guests and consider the booking as ancelled and non refundable.We do not offer facilities or services for animals.

Children
– Children must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians at all times. Running, wandering unattended, or disturbing the peace and quiet of other guests is not permitted.

– For children under 4 years old child cots are available. (250 nok per cot for the stay)

– Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Fees

– If guests smoke in restricted areas during or after their stay: 500 Kr per incident
– If the guest triggers the alarm system due to smoking, steam or any other reason: 3.000 Kr per incident
– Lost keys (room or front door): 500 Kr per key
– Luggage handling (1×50 at arrival, 1×50 at departure) choose 1 or both: 50 Kr per guest
– Late arrival Low season: for every hour after 20.00h if hotel has not been notified 200 Kr per Hour
– Late arrival High season: for every hour after 24.00h (if hotel was informed) 300 Kr per Hour

 

Sauna related rules 

1. Respect the maximum number of guests per booking. Fine: 500 NOK per unregistered guest.
2. Shower before entering the sauna for the first time. After dipping in the fjord, no shower is required.
3. Always sit on a towel inside the sauna.
4. No food, drinks (including alcohol or colored drinks), snus, or perfume allowed inside the sauna.
5. No self-brought drinks or food are allowed anywhere on the sauna premises. Drinks may be purchased from our on-site bar and enjoyed only in the lounge area.
6. No shoes or flip-flops allowed inside the sauna.
7. No smoking in or around the sauna area.
8. No nudity outside the sauna. Nudity is only allowed inside.
9. Swimwear is mandatory when using the fjord.
10. Swimwear or bathrobe is required on the terrace and around the sauna.
11. Dry off completely after swimming before re-entering the sauna.
12. Diving headfirst into the fjord is strictly forbidden.
13. Only use the water provided on the sauna oven. Do not use fjord water. Fine: 1000 NOK for misuse.
14. Maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter between towels and the sauna oven.
15. Guests under 18 must be supervised at all times.
16. Guests under 20 are not allowed without an accompanying adult.
17. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused.
