The site was once part of a massive hydro power project, and the café and its network of tunnels still tell the story of that era. Enjoy pancakes, local dishes, homemade apple juice, coffee, and Belgian beers—inside or outside by the river. Guests of Hardanger Basecamp can start the day with a generous pancake buffet with homemade marmalades, and after hiking, kayaking, or any other outdoor activity, the café is the perfect place to relax and recharge.
