It’s the perfect setting to relax, recharge, and connect with nature. Enjoy direct access from a diving plank into the pristine fjord for an invigorating cold plunge.

Booking & rules
- By booking, you agree not to exceed the number of people allowed per booking. Individuals without a booking will be fined 500 NOK.
- External alcohol is not allowed. However, you are welcome to enjoy drinks from our on-site bar in the lounge area.
- No alcohol, snus or any coloured drinks allowed inside the sauna
- No smoking inside or around sauna area
- Keep buckets, cloths, towels, or any items at least 1 meter away from the sauna oven. Leaving any items near the oven is a fire hazard.
- Footwear: No shoes or flip-flops are permitted inside the sauna.
- Leave the sauna clean and tidy, ensuring the door is closed.
- Nudity is allowed inside the sauna only. Please remain dressed on the platform and outside.
- Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult.
- For sanitary reasons, please use a towel to sit on.
- Only use fresh, clean water on the oven. Using anything else incurs a 1000 NOK fine.
- Shower before entering for the first time. Always rinse off to keep the sauna clean and hygienic for everyone.
- If first booking of the day, book 1-2 hours before use so we can make sure the temperature is nice and cosy
- No diving into the fjord. Enjoy jumping from the designated jumping plank.
- You are financially responsible for any damage to the sauna or the oven, any accidental damage must be reported otherwise vandalism report will be filed against you with the police.
